Thank you for all the encouragement in my last blog! I saw the Osteopath and his conclusion is that I don’t stretch enough. To be honest, on some days I don’t stretch at all as I’m so tight for time. However, I do realize that there’s a bigger impact, and going forward I will take a few minutes to strech. Thanks to the Osteopath I have been able to exercise again the past two days, I am very happy :-)
Diet has been going well, although, for full disclosure, a couple of days ago I was really worn out in the evening and ended up having a beer and chocolate. I very much enjoyed it! However, I am fully committed to stay on the diet track until next Saturday afternoon (on day 41 a very good friend celebrates her 40th).
We have friends over for home made pizza tonight. My plan is to fill myself with salad and sparkling water and stick to one slice of pizza only. Hope everyone is doing well! 8 more days to go!!
Thank you so much for all the support on my last blog! It gave me the kick and energy to push through this week. Much better food choices and almost all workouts done, with 4 cycles! This is why I love Kenzai community, without it I wouln’t be un such a good place! One more week to go, I can do this!!
