Stretching...

Thank you for all the encouragement in my last blog! I saw the Osteopath and his conclusion is that I don’t stretch enough. To be honest, on some days I don’t stretch at all as I’m so tight for time. However, I do realize that there’s a bigger impact, and going forward I will take a few minutes to strech. Thanks to the Osteopath I have been able to exercise again the past two days, I am very happy :-)

Diet has been going well, although, for full disclosure, a couple of days ago I was really worn out in the evening and ended up having a beer and chocolate. I very much enjoyed it! However, I am fully committed to stay on the diet track until next Saturday afternoon (on day 41 a very good friend celebrates her 40th).

We have friends over for home made pizza tonight. My plan is to fill myself with salad and sparkling water and stick to one slice of pizza only. Hope everyone is doing well! 8 more days to go!!

Osteopaths are amazing! A good reminder for me too that I need to stretch more. Hope that one slice of pizza was delicious!

      Yvonne, I am experiencing pain in my left knee and planning to follow your advice. I am in a similar situation and not much time free - just enough to do my exercises.. hope you recover soon and we’ll done for looking after yourself and keeping up with the programme :)

          The older I get, the more I appreciate the stretching. Better to drop a set or two of some exercise and fit the stretches in. Glad it was a relatively easy fix. I think when you go off piste and really enjoy it, it is worth it. We have a long weekend away coming up, and I am planning some off piste treats. Enjoy the final week and finish strong Yvonne!
